1) You are a resident of Monroe or Randolph county or the southern St. Clair county communities of Lenzburg, Marissa, New Athens or Columbia.
2) You are or will be enrolled in a future healthcare course of study for classes in summer 2026 or fall 2026. If you are awarded, a class roster will be requested as proof of enrollment.
3) If you received a scholarship from SCCF in the past, we ask that you only reapply under extraordinary circumstances and explain your situation in the designated comment box within the application.
